Dive into adventure with Ocean Heroes, an inspiring outdoor summer day-camp! We invite your young explorers to immerse themselves in the wonders of ocean science through engaging, hands-on activities.

Each day, campers will discover the diverse marine ecosystems of the Salish Sea and the fascinating creatures that inhabit them, all while learning about the environmental challenges our oceans face.

Campers will take their learning into their own hands in their Action Projects, where our Ocean Heroes will explore tangible solutions to better protect our oceans, such as creating recycling guides for their community, or creating non-toxic homemade soap.

Ocean Heroes provides a unique opportunity for children to understand the impact of human activities on marine environments and learn practical ways to make a difference.

Some exciting activities include:

🦞 Identifying tide pool creatures, such as algae and invertebrates
🔍 Science experiments focusing on ocean acidification and oil spills
🔬 Group, action-based projects where tangible solutions for ocean protection will be explored!

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to foster a life-long love for the ocean! Register today.

Please Note:

  • Lunch is not included; please ensure your kids come with enough food, water and clothing suited to be outdoors all day.
